amazing stay with perfect perks!
great location friendly staff complimentary drinks
I loved the location. It was so close to everything! the staff were super friendly and always ready to help! plus, all-you-can-eat ice cream and free drinks in the lobby were a fantastic touch! they provided free umbrellas which was super useful when it rained. It made exploring so much easier.
The room was a bit small. It was a little tight with luggage!

the lobby included massage chairs that were available for guest use. complimentary luggage scales were on each floor for easy weight checks. vending machines sold snacks and drinks for added convenience.

free ice cream and a variety of drinks were available in the lobby throughout the day, such a treat! complimentary noodle service was offered during specific evening hours. the hotel provided a nice selection of japanese and western dishes for breakfast.

The hotel is located near the famous ebisu bridge. public transportation is easily accessible from the hotel. many restaurants and convenience stores are within walking distance. It was so convenient!

central location is convenient
central location complimentary drinks luggage service
i stayed here for five nights and appreciated the central location. the lobby provided complimentary drinks, ice cream, and ramen. i was able to use the luggage delivery service to send my bags to my next destination. it really helped, and i liked the convenient Lawson store nearby.
the air conditioning activated automatically when i inserted the card. it directed air straight onto the bed. this caused me to feel sick during the initial days of my stay.

the hotel location is very good. it is a three-minute walk from the iconic glico sign. many eating places and a Lawson convenience store is near the hotel. it makes getting necessities very easy.

the rooms have decent size. i was able to get laundry done easily. the rooms were clean. it has massage chair that helps relax after much walking. they provide very good amenities.

the lobby features big tables. i was able to chill with the massage chair and the free drinks. the hotel organizes events such as kimono wearing sessions. i think this is a thoughtful service for tourists.

free drinks friendly staff automatic air conditioning window view
I was so excited about the free drinks and ice cream in the lobby (what a treat!). the staff was lovely. Everyone was so friendly. breakfast was really good too. the location was fantastic, right by the main part of the area, yet it remained pretty quiet at night.
The air conditioning automatically turns on when the card is inserted, something , made me sick. the window in my room faced a wall. It did not let in much light (bummer when you're sick).

free ice cream ideal location musty smell worn building
the location was ideal for exploring. i loved the free ice cream and drinks available everyday (especially after a long day).
the building felt worn. our room had a musty smell and reminded me of a dorm (not what i expected).
